Joe Goode is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Atrixon, LLC, a company dedicated to providing top-notch training, operations, and mission support solutions for manned and unmanned aviation. He is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 5 and a Master Army Aviator with over 27 years of experience in the aviation industry.

Throughout his military career, Joe held various leadership and staff positions, including serving as a Program Director, Aviation Operations Director, and Brigade Aviation Master Gunner. He has a strong track record of building diverse and cohesive teams that are well-aligned to meet stakeholder expectations and has extensive experience in live, virtual, and constructive aviation training and operations, both domestically and internationally.
